All payments on ombrellae.com are collected by BULKECOM LIMITED (Company Reg. No. 79121229), incorporated in Hong Kong, which operates as the commercial entity responsible for all sales, billing, and customer transactions conducted through ombrellae.com. The store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the underlying payment infrastructure and processes card data on our behalf as a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

ombrellae does not currently accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or cash on delivery. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) or instalment plans at this time. Payment options are subject to change — this page will be updated accordingly.

Pricing & Currency

Prices on ombrellae.com are displayed in United States Dollars (USD, $) by default. Depending on your region, you may be able to select your local currency — the available currencies are shown in the currency selector on the storefront. When you checkout in a currency other than USD, the displayed price is converted at the current exchange rate. The final amount charged to your card is determined by your payment provider and may differ slightly due to their own conversion rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees.

No VAT applicable

BULKECOM LIMITED is registered in Hong Kong SAR, which operates a zero-rate goods and services tax regime. No VAT, GST, or sales tax is added to your order at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Currency conversion & bank fees

If your card is denominated in a currency other than USD, your bank or card provider will apply their own exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. These charges are outside ombrellae's control and are the customer's responsibility.

Import duties on arrival

While no tax is collected at checkout, your country's customs authorities may levy import duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges are separate from your purchase and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ombrellae has no visibility into or control over import duties applied in your jurisdiction.

No card data stored

ombrellae never stores your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. All card data is tokenised and handled exclusively by our payment processor.

3D Secure / SCA

Where required by your bank or applicable regulations (including EU Strong Customer Authentication), orders may require additional authentication during checkout.

Billing & Order Confirmation

Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout containing your order number, itemised summary, and shipping details.

When you are charged

Your card is charged immediately upon order placement.

You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

Your invoice is available in your account under Order History.

Payment declined?

If your payment is declined, no charge is made. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at info@ombrellae.com.

No order confirmation received?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it after 30 minutes, contact us at info@ombrellae.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate transaction amount. We will locate your order and resend your confirmation immediately.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

ombrellae reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch. For the protection of our customers and to prevent fraudulent transactions, we may request additional verification for certain orders — particularly high-value purchases or orders flagged by our payment processor's fraud detection systems.

Chargeback policy

We strongly encourage customers to contact us at info@ombrellae.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Most payment disputes can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting ombrellae may delay resolution and could result in your account being flagged for future orders.

All orders are backed by carrier tracking and our internal fulfilment records, which are provided to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.

Instant

Issued immediately upon return approval. Never expires. Usable on any future order.

Original payment method

5–10 business days

Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider. ombrellae initiates refunds immediately upon approval.

Order cancellation

If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters the shipping carrier's network. Contact us immediately at info@ombrellae.com if you wish to cancel.

No Subscription Billing

ombrellae does not offer subscription-based products or services. All purchases on ombrellae.com are one-time transactions. You will never be enrolled in a recurring billing programme without your explicit consent. No automatic charges will be applied to your payment method after your order is placed.
