What is covered by the warranty ?
Our 2-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects, hardware failures, or issues that aren't caused by misuse, accidents, or physical damage. Basically, if the drive stops working under normal use, we’ll replace it. Damage from drops, water, or unauthorized modifications isn’t covered — the usual basics for electronics.
How fast is the delivery ?
After you place your order, we prepare and pack your product within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
We provide you with a tracking code as soon as your package leaves our facility, and we keep you updated at every step of the delivery process to make sure you’re always informed.
Can I return it if I'm not satisfied ?
Yes. We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of heavy use. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ombrellae's storage are compatible with all existing devices and operating systems. If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you need at least iOS 13 version for Files app to support our products.
How fast is it in real situation ?
Transfer speed depends on the connection you use.
Through the Lightning port, the theoretical maximum speed is up to 480 Mbps (around 60 MB/s), based on USB 2.0 limits, with real-world transfer speeds typically ranging between 20 and 30 MB/s.
When using the USB-C 3.0 port, the theoretical maximum speed reaches up to 5 Gbps (around 625 MB/s), while real-world usage usually delivers speeds between 80 and 120 MB/s, depending on your device, cable quality, and the size of the files being transferred.
While theoretical speeds are higher, actual performance may vary slightly based on your setup, but both connections offer smooth and reliable transfers for everyday use.
