ombrellae products — including USB flash drives and portable SSDs sold under the ombrellae Flash and ombrellae Drive product lines — carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects as standard, commencing from the date of confirmed delivery. In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability, subject to a refund of any amounts paid for undelivered goods.
